I'm is search of a home to rent on the south/southwest or WEST side of Indianapolis, IN, to try and keep my son in IPS #42. But would accept a house on the north or east side of Indianapolis, IN. People that would be living in house would be my mother (disabled), my son and me. I need a 3 bedroom 1+ bath, but have to have a bedroom and bathroom on the 1st (main floor) due to my mother unable to climb alot of stairs.
